We aren’t as good at Microsoft Office as we need to be

Microsoft Office is how many organisations large and small run their Business –. Projections, record keeping and reporting are typically done using Excel, and Outlook rivals the telephone as the preferred way to communicate with almost all customers and suppliers.

Others try to work around Microsoft Office with other ERP, CRM and accounting packages, however you may still need to use Excel to get the most out of these expensive software packages, to assist in combining information from different programs and using data from these systems for deeper analysis, reporting and decision making.

Although we may not realize it, Microsoft Office is everywhere and used by so many.

A lot of businesses rely on their staff to learn Microsoft Office skills either as they go along or to already be proficient in most of these core MS applications, but studies show that over 50% of people do not have the skills required to make them efficient or effective users, risking the possibility of errors, and possibly wasting valuable time time they could use for other important tasks.

But perhaps one of the biggest advantages will be the ability of your staff to use their improved skills to leverage these tools more fully in their jobs and actively look for efficiency opportunities where they can leverage their new skills to solve everyday challenges.
